About the Project
The Works include a CAT B fit-out of 65,000 sqft across levels 6 and 7 of 60 London Wall which comprises open plan seating, meeting rooms, boardrooms / conference rooms, tea points, booths etc.
The project was a major undertaking, requiring careful planning, skilled execution, and close collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure that the end result was a modern and efficient building that met the needs of its occupants.
The BBC Bristol refurbishment project consisted of a comprehensive remodelling of an existing CAT B installation over two floors. The project included the relocation of existing 4 pipe FCU’s and the installation of new air-conditioning systems. Additionally, the project included the installation of a new building management system (BMS) to control and monitor the building’s systems, as well as new domestic installations, lighting, uninterruptible power supply systems, small power installations, and a new fire alarm system.
