Divisional Director, ENGAGE Projects

Ryan leads ENGAGE Projects with a focus on pace, coordination, and delivery in live environments. His experience in fast-track fit-outs at MCS has shaped a practical, solutions-led approach, supporting the division’s continued growth and reputation for reliable performance.

Luke Van Mazyk

Commercial Director

Luke oversees the commercial function across MCS, bringing strong expertise in cost planning, contracts, and risk management. Known for his balanced approach, he ensures projects remain commercially sound while maintaining clarity and control throughout delivery.

Sean Nutley

Project Director

Sean leads the London Major Projects Division, with over 16 years’ experience in M&E contracting. He works closely with teams and stakeholders across all project stages, ensuring coordination, consistency, and a high standard of delivery.

Charlie Collins

Divisional Director, Facilities Management

Charlie heads the Facilities Management division, overseeing operations across commercial and critical environments nationwide. With over 20 years of experience, he focuses on reliable service delivery, compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Sam Nichols

Project Director

Sam oversees operations across the Southern region, specialising in commercial office fit-out and plant replacement projects. With over 22 years’ experience, he brings a practical, team-focused approach, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Stuart White

Project Commercial Director

Stuart joined MCS in 2020 with 20 years’ experience across Tier 1 M&E contractors. He plays a key role in leading the commercial function, with a focus on collaboration, flexibility, and ensuring client requirements are met through strong supply chain relationships.

Danielle Haskings

Head of Sustainability & Social Value

Danielle leads sustainability and social value across MCS, supporting the integration of responsible practices into projects and operations.She works closely with teams to align delivery with wider environmental and social objectives.
